Nomination & Selection
Seven steps from nomination to stage.
Individuals may submit a self-nomination, or be nominated by their institution, organisation, colleague, student, professional associate or community member.

Choose Your Award Category
Select the category that best represents your primary contribution and area of impact. The organisers may move a nomination to a more fitting category.

Submit the Nomination
Complete the official nomination form with your professional profile, achievements, contribution, innovations and the scale of learners impacted.

Supporting Evidence
Attach a photograph, CV, certificates, media coverage, testimonials and student impact stories. Evidence materially strengthens a nomination.

Screening & Evaluation
Every eligible nomination is screened, then scored against six weighted criteria covering excellence, impact, innovation, leadership and credibility.

Jury Review
Shortlisted nominations go to the Evaluation Committee, which may verify information or request further documentation.

Final Selection
Successful nominees receive official confirmation and an invitation to the ceremony.

The Ceremony
Selected educators, coaches, mentors and leaders are recognised on stage on 6th September 2026.

Professional Excellence
25%Quality and consistency of contribution in the nominee's field.
Impact
25%Demonstrable impact on students, learners, institutions or communities.
Innovation
15%New methodologies, technology adoption, innovative programmes or approaches.
Leadership
15%Ability to lead, mentor, build teams or strengthen institutions.
Contribution Beyond Role
10%Initiatives extending beyond routine professional responsibilities.
Recognition & Credibility
10%Relevant achievements, testimonials, professional recognition and supporting evidence.

Evidence is optional but materially strengthens a nomination.

Important Guidelines
- Submitting a nomination does not automatically guarantee an award. All nominations are subject to eligibility verification, screening and evaluation.
- Information submitted in the nomination form should be accurate and supported by appropriate evidence wherever applicable.
- The organisers reserve the right to place a nominee in a more appropriate award category based on their profile and contribution.
- Incomplete, misleading or unverifiable nominations may be rejected.
- The decision of the evaluation committee regarding the final selection shall be final.
